Do you offer same-day flower delivery in Los Angeles?

Yes, seven days a week. Order by 4:30 PM and your flowers are arranged, photographed and delivered the same day anywhere in Los Angeles County, Orange County or the Inland Empire. Standard deliveries arrive between 12 PM and 8 PM; orders placed after the cutoff are delivered the following day.

Do you send a photo of the flowers before delivery?

Yes, every time. After the florist finishes, we text the purchaser a photo of the actual arrangement before it leaves the studio, followed by live courier tracking. It is our answer to the usual worry about ordering flowers online — you see what you paid for before it arrives.

What does delivery cost, and can I pick up instead?

Delivery is calculated by address at checkout, typically $20–$35. Free pickup is available at our Downtown LA studio, 315 E 8th St, Ste 102, open 9 AM–5 PM daily; choose pickup at checkout and collect the arrangement during studio hours on the date you selected.

How do I choose between a bouquet and a flower box?

A hand-tied bouquet arrives wrapped, needs a vase and looks the most natural once arranged at home — the better choice for someone who enjoys flowers. A flower box needs no vase, is ready to display on arrival and travels well, which makes it the safer pick for offices, hotel rooms and anyone who does not own a vase.

How long will the flowers last?

Most arrangements last five to seven days. Change the water every two days, trim a little off the stems each time and keep the flowers away from direct sun, heaters and fruit bowls. Orchid plants last for weeks, and preserved roses a year or more.

Can I add a gift to my order?

Yes. Add macarons, chocolates, a teddy bear or balloons at checkout, and write your card message there too — it is hand-written and free. Champagne is offered only by our San Francisco and Honolulu studios, not in Los Angeles.

What if a flower shown in the picture is unavailable?

Fresh flowers are seasonal, so if a stem is unavailable we substitute one of equal or greater value in the same palette and style, and you see the result in your pre-delivery photo. Quality issues reported within 24 hours with a photo are resolved with a remake, replacement or refund.
