Pink Clover Flowers — Mobile Messaging Terms & Conditions

The Pink Clover Flowers mobile messaging program (the “Program”) is operated by Pink Clover Flowers Inc (“Pink Clover”, “we”, “us”). By opting in to the Program you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
1. Program description
When you opt in, you will receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages (SMS/MMS) from Pink Clover — for example order and delivery updates, cart reminders, special offers and occasion reminders — at the mobile number you provided. Message frequency varies. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
2. Cost
Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. Pink Clover does not charge for the messages themselves; carrier charges are between you and your carrier.
3. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any message to cancel at any time. After you send STOP we will send a final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and no further messages will be sent. To rejoin, sign up again through our website checkout or forms.
4. Help
Reply HELP to any message, email support@pinkcloverflorist.com, or call our studio for assistance.
5. Carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is outside of our control.
6. Privacy
Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.
7. Eligibility & changes
The Program is intended for users in the United States who are 18 years of age or older. We may modify or cancel the Program or these terms at any time; continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
