Questions, answered
Is Clover Club free?
Yes. Create an account and you're in, with 100 points to start.
Do points expire?
Points stay active as long as you order at least once every 12 months. We'll email you 30 days and 7 days before anything expires.
Can I use points together with a promo code?
One discount per order: either a point reward or a promo code. Free delivery promotions can be combined with point discounts.
Which orders earn points?
Online orders from your account, including pickup orders. Corporate accounts, subscriptions and gift cards are not part of Clover Club. Points are calculated on the flowers, not on delivery or tax.
Do reviews earn points?
Yes. A review on our website earns 50 points, and 50 more when you add a photo. Points are given for any honest review, whatever the rating. After a delivery, Clover Club members may also be invited by text to share their experience on other review sites; if you do, please mention you're a Clover Club member.
I ordered by phone. Do I get points?
Yes, as long as the order is placed with the email of your Clover Club account. Tell our florist your email when you call.
Does Clover Club work in every city?
Yes. Los Angeles, Orange County, the Inland Empire, San Francisco, Ventura County and Honolulu share one account and one balance.
