Yes. Before the arrangement leaves our studio we text the purchaser a photo of the finished design — not a stock image — so you see exactly what will arrive. Once the courier picks it up you get a live tracking link until the flowers are handed over or left in a safe spot. The photo goes to you, not the recipient, so surprises stay surprises.

Absolutely. We regularly deliver to hospitals, hotels, offices and event venues across San Francisco and the Bay Area — just add the recipient's name, room or suite and any access details at checkout. Hospital orders go to the main reception or the nurses' station (most ICU and oncology units do not allow fresh flowers, so a plant or orchid is the safe choice there); hotel deliveries are handed to the front desk under the guest's name; office deliveries reach the recipient directly or the building's mail room.
