Do you set up before check-in?

Yes — we coordinate with the hotel to style the room before you arrive when allowed.

Which hotels do you deliver to?

Any hotel in Los Angeles County — from Hotel Bel-Air, The Beverly Hills Hotel and the Waldorf Astoria to Shutters on the Beach, the Ritz-Carlton Downtown and the Sunset Strip hotels — as well as vacation rentals and private homes. We coordinate the delivery window with the front desk or concierge.

Can you do a proposal setup?

Yes — petals, candles and flowers styled for the moment.

How much notice do you need?

48–72 hours is ideal so we can confirm access with the hotel; same-day setups are often possible for petals and bouquets when ordered by early afternoon — call us for last-minute requests.

What does a room setup cost?

Rose petals start at $59. Most romantic rooms with petals, candles and a bouquet land between $300 and $500, and a full proposal suite with a petal-and-candle pathway, neon sign and balloons is about $1,200 before flowers.

Can you add candles or extra styling?

Yes — petals, candles and styling add-ons are available; ask us when you book.

Do you follow hotel candle rules?

Yes. Where a hotel does not allow open flames we use flameless LED candles and lights, so the look stays the same and the room stays within policy.

Can you decorate a vacation rental or private home?

Yes — the same petals, candles, balloons and flowers can be set up at an Airbnb, a rental villa or your own home anywhere in Los Angeles, timed around your arrival.

Will the recipient see the surprise before I do?

No. We arrange a quiet access window with the front desk, set up while the room is empty and text you a photo once it is ready.
