How it works

STEP 01

You choose

Size, occasion and how often. That is the whole setup — about a minute, and no term to commit to.

STEP 02

We design

Never the same arrangement twice. Our florists build each one from the freshest stems that came in, in the palette your occasion sets.

STEP 03

We text, then deliver

A photo of your actual arrangement lands on your phone before it leaves. Then we hand-deliver it — never a courier with a box.

The occasion changes everything

Same florists, same freshness — but the palette, the vessel and the wrapping follow what the flowers are for.

Romantic subscription style

Romantic

Garden roses and ranunculus in blush, wine and cream. Wrapped by hand, with a card every time.

Home subscription style

Home

Loose, seasonal and textural. Built low so it lives on a table without hiding the person across it.

Office subscription style

Office

Whites, greens and structure — chosen to still look sharp on Friday afternoon.

Through the year

What actually arrives, season by season

Your occasion sets the palette. The season decides which flowers fill it — our florists buy at the market each morning and build from whatever came in best that day. This is roughly what they are working with as the year goes round, and why no two deliveries look alike.

March – May

Spring

Ranunculus and anemone first, then tulips, sweet pea and lilac. Peonies arrive for a few weeks in May and leave as quickly as they came.

June – August

Summer

Garden roses at their best, dahlias, hydrangea, lisianthus and delphinium. Sunflowers turn up towards the end of it.

September – November

Autumn

Dahlias until the first cold night, then chrysanthemum, amaranthus, celosia and berries, with seeded eucalyptus for texture.

December – February

Winter

Amaryllis and anemone, tulips and ranunculus coming back, paperwhite narcissus. Pine and evergreen through December.

On O‘ahu the calendar matters far less — orchids, anthurium, heliconia and ginger are cut all year, and our Honolulu studio builds around them.

Making each delivery last

  1. 01 Cut the stems Take a centimetre off at an angle before they go in water, and again halfway through the week.
  2. 02 Change the water Fresh water every second day does more than any sachet. Rinse the vase while you are there.
  3. 03 Pick the spot Out of direct sun, away from heating vents, and not beside the fruit bowl — ripening fruit gives off ethylene and ages flowers fast.
  4. 04 Pull the spent blooms Taking out a finished flower keeps the rest going, and the arrangement reads full for longer.

Good to know

Anything else — text us at (424) 303-2205 and a human answers.

01 Is there a minimum or a contract?

Not on the pay-per-delivery plan — it runs until you tell us to stop, and you can stop after any delivery. A prepaid plan covers the deliveries you paid for; after that it simply continues at the regular price unless you say otherwise.

02 When am I charged?

Your choice. Pay per delivery and nothing is taken up front. Or prepay for 3, 6 or 12 months in one payment and save 10%, 15% or 20%. Weekly and bi-weekly plans include delivery; a monthly plan adds a flat delivery fee.

03 Can I skip a delivery or pause while I travel?

Yes. Reply to the text we send before the next delivery and we will skip that one. On a prepaid plan a skipped delivery moves to the end of the plan rather than being lost.

04 Can I change the size or the style later?

Any time. Reply to the same text and tell us what to change — size, occasion, address or the card message. Nothing needs to go through an account page.

05 Can each delivery go to a different address?

Yes. Send us the address before the delivery and we redirect that one. The rest of the plan stays where it was.

06 Do I get the same flowers every time?

Never. Each delivery is designed fresh from what the market had that morning, inside the palette your occasion sets. The photo we text you is the actual arrangement, not a stock image.

07 How long should the flowers last?

Most arrangements look their best for five to seven days, and the sturdier ones — orchids, chrysanthemum, alstroemeria, tropicals — hold ten or more. The care notes further up this page make a real difference.

08 What happens if nobody is home?

For a house or apartment we leave the flowers in a shaded spot by the door and text you a photo. At a hotel, hospital, office or any building with a front desk, they go to reception and we call the recipient.

09 Can I send a subscription as a gift?

Yes — put their address in at checkout and write the card message. No prices or invoices travel with the flowers. You keep the texts and the photos, so the surprise stays intact.

10 Can I add something to a delivery?

Macarons, chocolates, a balloon or a bear can ride along with any delivery. Reply to the text before that delivery and we add it.

11 What about Valentine's Day and Mother's Day?

Subscriptions keep running through both. Those two weeks are the busiest of our year, so the delivery window can be wider than usual — we text you the day before with what to expect.

12 Does this work for an office or a reception desk?

That is exactly what the Office style is for: whites, greens and structure that still look sharp on Friday afternoon, delivered to the front desk. Weekly or bi-weekly is the usual rhythm.

13 Where do you deliver?

From our own studios: Los Angeles, Orange County and the Inland Empire, Ventura County, the San Francisco Bay Area, and O‘ahu.
