Always. The Ellis Street team photographs the finished arrangement and texts it to the purchaser before the courier leaves — what you see is what arrives. A live tracking link follows once the driver is on the way. flowers are handed over or left in a safe spot. The photo goes to you, not the recipient, so surprises stay surprises.
Do you deliver to hospitals, hotels, and venues in Napa?
Absolutely. We regularly deliver to hospitals, hotels, offices and event venues across Napa — just add the recipient's name, room or suite and any access details at checkout. Hospital orders go to the main reception or the nurses' station (most ICU and oncology units do not allow fresh flowers, so a plant or orchid is the safe choice there); hotel deliveries are handed to the front desk under the guest's name; office deliveries reach the recipient directly or the building's mail room.
