Delivery in San Francisco
Designed in our San Francisco studio the day it goes out. Order by 3 PM PT for same-day delivery to Nob Hill, the Castro, SoMa, Hayes Valley and the Richmond, with the rest of the Bay Area covered too. Before the courier leaves, we text you a photo of the finished basket, then share live tracking so you know the moment it lands.
Care
The basket holds water-soaked foam, so add a splash of fresh water every day or two, pouring onto the foam rather than the blooms. Keep it away from direct sun and heat.
A note on freshness: because we work with what is in season, specific varieties and shades can vary, and the finished design may differ slightly from the photo. Dimensions are approximate.

How long does a flower basket last?
Arranged in floral foam, Valentine’s Dream typically stays beautiful for 3–5 days with proper care.
How do I care for my flower basket?
✦ Slowly pour fresh water over the floral foam every 2 days to keep it moist ✦ Add the flower food packet to the water ✦ Do NOT lift the flowers out — the foam holds the design ✦ Keep away from direct sunlight, heat vents and drafts ✦ Avoid placing near ripening fruit

Can I customize the colors or flowers?
