The fee is calculated at checkout from the address and is typically $20 to $35. Pickup at the Ellis St studio is free, 9 AM to 5 PM daily. For an address outside the city, call (415) 360-1333 before ordering and we will confirm whether we can reach it the same day.
Do you send a photo of the flowers before they are delivered?
Yes. When the florist finishes, we text the purchaser a photo of the exact arrangement before it leaves Ellis St, then a real-time tracking link for the courier. The recipient does not receive the photo, so a surprise delivery stays a surprise.
Can you deliver to a hospital or office in San Francisco?
Yes. We deliver to hospitals (to the nurses' station or front desk; some ICUs do not allow flowers, so check first), offices, hotels via the front desk, restaurants and venues. Include the recipient's full name, room or suite number and a phone number at checkout so the courier can hand the flowers over.
