Delivery in San Francisco
Designed in our San Francisco studio the day it goes out. Order by 3 PM PT for same-day delivery to Downtown, the Marina, the Sunset, Nob Hill and the Castro, with the rest of the Bay Area covered too. Before the courier leaves, we text you a photo of the finished box, then share live tracking so you know the moment it lands.
Care
Keep the foam moist: every day or two, pour a little fresh water into the box directly onto the foam, not over the petals. Keep it out of direct sun and away from heaters, and mist the petals lightly if the room is dry.

Flower box arrangements typically last 3–5 days . Because the flowers are arranged in floral foam rather than a vase, they hold slightly less water — but with proper care they stay beautiful.
How do I care for my Hemena flower box?
Your arrangement comes with a FloraLife flower food packet : ✦ Dissolve the packet in 100ml of water ✦ Slowly pour it over the floral foam every 2 days to keep it moist ✦ Do NOT transfer the flowers to a vase — the foam holds the arrangement ✦ Keep away from direct sunlight, heat vents, and drafts ✦ Avoid placing near fruit
Can I customize the colors or flowers?
Yes! Add your preferences in the order notes at checkout. We'll do our best to accommodate based on seasonal availability — the blush-pink and white palette can be adjusted toward all-white or brighter pinks on request.
