At Pink Clover, we strive to ensure that your flowers arrive in excellent condition and within the expected delivery window. Please review our delivery guidelines below.

Delivery Areas

We offer same-day delivery within a 35-mile radius of our store location in downtown Los Angeles. Deliveries outside this area may be available upon request and are subject to confirmation and additional delivery fees.

Same-Day Delivery

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (local time) are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to product availability and delivery capacity.

Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be scheduled for the next available delivery date unless a specific delivery date has been arranged in advance.

Delivery Timing

Standard deliveries are made between 12:00 PM and 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday.

If a time-specific delivery fee has not been selected at checkout, deliveries will be completed within our standard delivery window. Pink Clover cannot guarantee delivery at a specific time without the appropriate service fee and will not be responsible for missed time requests in such cases.

For time-sensitive deliveries, including events or special occasions, customers must contact us in advance to confirm availability.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees are calculated at checkout based on the recipient’s location.

Additional charges may apply for:

  • Rush deliveries

  • Deliveries outside the standard delivery zone

  • Re-delivery attempts due to incorrect information or recipient unavailability

Recipient Availability

If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, our driver may leave the flowers in a safe and reasonable location, such as with a neighbor, concierge, reception desk, or in a shaded area near the entrance, when appropriate.

If a safe delivery location is not available, we may attempt to contact the recipient or sender. If delivery cannot be completed, a second delivery attempt may be scheduled for an additional fee.

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including apartment numbers, gate codes, and contact information when necessary.

If an incorrect or incomplete address results in a failed delivery attempt, an additional $30 re-delivery fee will apply.

Responsibility After Delivery

Once a floral arrangement has been delivered to the provided address and accepted by the recipient or an authorized individual—including but not limited to reception staff, concierge personnel, neighbors, security staff, or other designated contacts—the delivery is considered complete.

Pink Clover is not responsible for the condition, handling, storage, relocation, or loss of the flowers after delivery has been confirmed at the designated address. This includes circumstances where the arrangement is moved, stored improperly, exposed to environmental conditions, misplaced, or handled by third parties after delivery.

Special Delivery Instructions

Customers may provide delivery instructions such as gate codes, apartment numbers, or preferred delivery notes during checkout.

While we make reasonable efforts to follow these instructions, fulfillment may depend on access to the location and the policies of the property where the delivery is being made.

Holiday Deliveries

During major holidays such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, and Christmas, delivery volumes are significantly higher. Delivery times may vary and exact delivery windows cannot be guaranteed.

Customers are strongly encouraged to place orders at least 48 hours in advance during peak holiday periods.

Delivery Confirmation

A delivery confirmation will be sent via email or text message once the order has been delivered.

Confirmation may include a timestamp or delivery verification from the driver.

Delivery Restrictions

We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

If the delivery location is within a restricted-access property (including hospitals, office buildings, military bases, secured residential buildings, or similar facilities), the customer is responsible for ensuring that delivery access is available or that the recipient is able to receive the delivery at a designated entrance.

Deliveries to Hotels, Businesses, Hospitals, and Other Secured Locations

When delivering to hotels, hospitals, restaurants, offices, apartment complexes, or other secured locations with reception desks, concierge services, or security personnel, we cannot guarantee delivery directly to a specific room, unit, or individual.

Access to these properties is subject to the building’s internal policies and security procedures, which are outside of Pink Clover’s control.

If our delivery personnel are instructed by staff to leave the arrangement at a reception desk, lobby, concierge station, or other designated drop-off point, and the staff confirms acceptance of the delivery on behalf of the recipient, the delivery will be considered complete.

Once the order has been accepted at the designated delivery point, Pink Clover is not responsible for the handling, transfer, or final delivery of the flowers within the property.

Non-Delivery Circumstances

If delivery cannot be completed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control—including severe weather conditions, access restrictions, unsafe delivery conditions, or recipient unavailability—we will contact the customer to arrange a new delivery date or provide an appropriate resolution.
