I was really disappointed with how my order turned out. This was for my girlfriend’s birthday, so I was hoping everything would look nice, and unfortunately, she was very disappointed as well.
They charged me for a total of five balloons, but only received three. The flowers also arrived very wilted and did not look fresh as they did in the picture they sent me to approve it. Unfortunately, the order did not meet my expectations, especially considering the amount I paid for it.
Asked for a refund and they said all they could do was refund me for the two missing ballons.
The flower arrangement was absolutely beautiful! The flowers were fresh, vibrant, and arranged, wet, with great attention to detail. It exceeded my expectations and made the occasion extra special. Highly Recommended!!!

I ordered flowers in velvet box. The flowers were fresh and the arrangement was beautiful. The recipient was very satisfied. I liked that they send photos of the arrangement before it was sent out for delivery. I will definitely order from them again.
