What makes an arrangement premium?

Stem count and the share of imported blooms — garden roses, phalaenopsis orchids, peonies in season — plus a designer vase or hat box and finishing by our senior florist.

Can you create a custom design?

Yes. Send a photo or describe the idea and we quote within the hour. For custom work above $500 we prefer a day's notice.

Do you deliver to hotels and private residences?

Yes, across Los Angeles — we coordinate with the concierge, the estate manager or the security desk.

Do you offer same-day delivery?

Yes. Order before 4:30 PM PT and we hand-deliver the same day, seven days a week across Los Angeles. Delivery is charged by distance from our Downtown LA studio and shown at checkout.

Will I see the arrangement before it ships?

Yes. Our florist texts you a photo of the finished arrangement before the courier leaves, so there is still time to change something if it is not what you pictured.
