Yes. As soon as the florist finishes your arrangement, we text a photo to you, the purchaser, then a tracking link when the courier is on the way. The recipient does not see the photo, so the surprise holds.

What if a tropical stem is unavailable?

We substitute with a flower of equal or greater value in the same palette and style, and you see the result in the photo before delivery. Most arrangements last 5–7 days in Hawaii's climate if kept indoors in a cool spot with fresh water.
