Our delivery drivers cover a huge area! We deliver up to 35 miles from our downtown LA flower shop. This includes Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Pasadena, Glendale, Burbank, Culver City, Malibu, West Hollywood, and most surrounding neighborhoods.
Can I request a specific delivery time?
Yes, you can choose a delivery time window when you check out online. This is really helpful if you are sending flowers to a restaurant reservation, an office before someone leaves for the day, or a specific event time.
Do you deliver flowers to hospitals?
We deliver to hospitals all the time! Just be sure to include the name of the hospital and the patient's room number in the delivery notes. We usually recommend sending flowers in a box or a sturdy container rather than a tall glass vase for hospital rooms.
What happens if someone isn't home to receive the flowers?
Our drivers will always try to call or use the call box first. If we can't reach anyone, we will leave the arrangement in a safe, shady spot on the porch or with the building's front desk. We always send a quick text to let the person know their surprise is waiting for them!
Can I customize a bouquet?
Definitely. If you see something you like but want to change the color of the roses, or if you want to add specific flowers like orchids or peonies, just leave us a note at checkout or give the shop a call. We love making custom flower arrangements.
How do you deliver sympathy flowers to a funeral home?
When sending sympathy flowers, please give us the name of the funeral home or church, the name of the service, and what time it starts. We always prioritize these deliveries so the flowers are set up nicely before any guests arrive.
How do I take care of my flowers?
The best thing you can do is keep the water clean! If you have a vase, change the water every two days and give the stems a little trim. If your flowers came in a box or a basket, just pour about half a cup of fresh water right into the center of the foam every couple of days.
