• Los Angeles — LA and surrounding cities within a 30-mile radius, including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, West Hollywood, Malibu, Pasadena, Burbank, Glendale, Long Beach, Torrance, Culver City, Marina del Rey, Inglewood, Hawthorne, Downey, Compton, El Monte, Alhambra, Sherman Oaks, Van Nuys, Encino, Calabasas, and Woodland Hills.
• San Francisco — San Francisco and surrounding cities within a 30-mile radius, including Oakland, Berkeley, Daly City, San Mateo, Palo Alto, Redwood City, Mountain View, Fremont, Hayward, Millbrae, South San Francisco, Sausalito, Mill Valley, Walnut Creek, and San Rafael.
• Honolulu — The entire island of Oahu, including Waikiki, Kailua, Kaneohe, Pearl City, Aiea, Kapolei, Ewa Beach, Mililani, Hawaii Kai, Manoa, Kaimuki, Waipahu, Haleiwa, and North Shore.

Once your order is on the way, you’ll receive a real-time tracking link so you can follow your delivery and know exactly when your flowers arrive.

If the recipient was not available at the time of delivery, our driver will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot — such as by the front door or with a concierge. You can request proof of delivery from our team to confirm the exact drop-off location.

Yes! We accept custom requests for flower types and colors, depending on seasonal availability. If a particular flower isn’t in stock, our florists will suggest the closest alternative while keeping your preferred style and color palette in mind.

Order changes and cancellations depend on our store policy. If your order qualifies, we can cancel it, reschedule the delivery date, update the delivery address, or issue store credit. Most customers choose to adjust delivery details rather than cancelling entirely.
